Absolutely. You just need to input 2 fields each time a transaction takes place. If you can type, you can do it.
So for example, you have 3 platforms for reviews: Google, Yelp, and G2. Then one day somehow you notice your Yelp's rating fall behind. Raycommended will take care of this by sending the next reviewing customers to Yelp to balance everything out
1* to 3* reviews go to your inbox and will not be counted towards your overall score.
While our system works 24/7 to make sure the low ratings don't go live into any review platforms, nothing can stop your customers to navigate manually and leave a review there. But from our experience, that won't happen that much unless you hurt them really badly with your product/service or it's actually your competitor in disguise.
It's up to you. The most common one is to print it on a business card and show it to your customers to ask them to scan and write a review on the spot.
Let's assume you currently have 2 platforms for reviews: ABC.com and DEF.com. When our software scan for your competitions and find that they are also using GHI.com, then the website will be added to your dashboard, so you can have reviews there as well.
